AI is one of the most valuable core capabilities in the Pop Document Center. It spans the full workflow of Reading → Understanding → Writing → Creating → Output.
Whether you're organizing notes, writing reports, analyzing documents, or building knowledge systems, AI acts as your intelligent assistant, greatly improving productivity.

This chapter introduces the AI-powered document enhancement features in Pop and the best ways to use them.

✍️ 1. AI Continue Writing

When you select a piece of text in a note or document, you can use AI Continue Writing to extend it.

Supported abilities include:

Automatic continuation: naturally extends the content based on context
Expand content: enriches arguments, details, or explanations
Add examples: provides cases, stories, data, or scenarios
Improve logical flow: enhances transitions and reduces abruptness
Change tone: formal / conversational / academic / relaxed

AI Refine helps “clean up” your existing content and make it more professional, smooth, and easier to read.

It can:

Reorganize structure: adjust paragraph order for clearer logic
Split long paragraphs: improve readability
Remove redundancy: delete repetitive or unnecessary content
Improve wording: fix grammar and polish expression
Unify style: ensure consistent writing style throughout

Very useful for beautifying and optimizing drafts.

📝 3. AI Summary

When facing complex content, AI summary can save a significant amount of time.

Supports summarizing:

PDF sections
Quoted document fragments
Entire notes
Mind map nodes
Meeting notes or long text

Output formats include:

Bullet points
Structured summary (with hierarchy)

Although Pop does not yet support automatic “Mind Map → Document” generation, you can combine maps with AI in useful ways:

Export mind maps as text, and AI can convert them into full articles or reports.

7.2 Drawing → Explanation

Provide a screenshot or describe a diagram, and AI will explain the logic.
