Browsing & Managing Apps

The App Center is the main entry point for users to access, discover, and manage all applications. This chapter introduces the full workflow for “browsing, filtering, and managing” apps so you can quickly locate frequently used tools, manage your own apps, and operate efficiently.

I. All Apps

When you enter the App Center, the first thing you see is All Apps.
This section displays every available application in the system, including:

  • AI tools (image recognition, text generation, analysis, etc.)
  • Image tools (transcoding, resizing, OCR, etc.)
  • PDF tools (merge, split, compress, convert to text, etc.)
  • Text processing tools (formatting, extracting, converting)
  • Data processing tools (Excel, JSON, CSV manipulation)
  • Utility tools (compression, encryption, encoding, hashing, etc.)

Each application is displayed as a card containing:

  • App name
  • App icon
  • Description / tags
  • Version info
  • Bookmark button
  • Recent update time

You can switch between:

  • Card view (more visual)
  • Compact list view (ideal for large numbers of apps)

II. Left Sidebar Categories

The left sidebar helps you quickly navigate through different types of apps. Common categories include:

● All Apps

Displays all available applications.

● Utilities

Built‑in high‑frequency tools such as PDF, image, and text processing apps.

● AI Tools

AI‑powered applications such as Q&A assistants, image recognition tools, and generative tools.

● Data Processing

Tools for analyzing and manipulating JSON, spreadsheets, and structured data.

● My Bookmarks

All apps you have marked as “favorites” appear here.

● Recent

Automatically records apps you recently used for quick access.

● My Apps

Applications you published through workflows appear here.
Supported actions include:

  • Editing app information
  • Adjusting layouts
  • Updating versions
  • Deleting apps

This is the management hub for developers’ own applications.

III. App Search & Filtering

The global search bar at the top of the App Center supports searching by:

  • App name
  • Tags
  • Keywords from descriptions

Examples:

  • Searching “PDF” lists all PDF tools
  • Searching “AI” shows all AI apps
  • Searching “image” displays image processing tools

Future enhancements may include:

  • Category filtering
  • Creator filtering
  • Update‑time filtering

IV. App Card Actions

Each app card supports the following actions:

● Open App

Enter the app’s execution interface.

● Bookmark / Remove Bookmark

Click the star icon to add or remove from favorites.

● View Details (future)

Version notes, author info, screenshots, etc.

● Edit (for your own apps)

Opens the app editor where you can update name, icon, layout, and more.

V. My Apps (Developer Tools)

“My Apps” is where you manage applications you created.

You can:

  • Modify name, description, and version
  • Adjust layout
  • Configure input parameters
  • Delete apps
  • Export to .json
  • Import to another device
  • Duplicate the app

Each time you republish a workflow, the system generates a new version for the app.

VI. Bookmarks (Quick Access)

If you frequently use certain apps, you can add them to bookmarks.

Bookmarks work like a quick launch bar, allowing:

  • Pinning commonly used apps on the sidebar
  • Cross‑page quick access
  • A cleaner, faster tool‑launching experience

Users may rearrange bookmarked apps based on personal preference.
