  • View new visitors from today

4. Visitor Insights

With visitor data, you can derive quick insights, such as:

1. Which pages are visited the most?

Helps determine whether your content meets user expectations.

2. Which devices dominate traffic?

Helps optimize UI—if mobile users are the majority, prioritize mobile layout.

3. Which cities generate the most traffic?

Useful for regional marketing or service allocation.

4. Do users visit at consistent times?

For example, visiting every evening suggests peak activity periods.

5. Customer Service Link

When visitors interact with the AI customer service:

  • Conversation start time
  • Number of conversations
  • Conversation content (optional)
  • Whether they navigated to other pages through customer service

All these are recorded in the visitor profile.

This helps evaluate:

  • Whether customer service improved user experience
  • Whether customer service encouraged further browsing
  • Whether customer issues were resolved effectively
